Section 1: Cart List
When you click on the "Shopping Carts" icon on your store dashboard you will be taken to a listing of all current open carts.
Filter and Sort Carts
To view carts in a specified time frame, you can use the filter and sort carts section of this screen. Carts can be filtered based on date and sorted based on date, customer name, cart total and status.
View Shopping Cart Detail
Click on the customer's name of the shopping cart you want to view more details about to be taken to the cart detail page.
NOTE: Shopping carts are visible for 30 days until they are automatically deleted by our sytem.
