Time totals and export added to Custom CRM Reports

Custom project and ticket reports can now include totals for total time tracked, time invoiced and time not invoiced. Included in the report is also monetary values for each of these time totals (based on billable rates). Custom reports can also now export to PDF and spreadsheet files.
