Mail-Logic Changes and Improvements

- All sent messages will have a "Trouble Viewing? Click Here" message that will lead to a web-page rendering of the email. A user visiting this link will also mark the message as "opened".
- For older email clients that accept plain-text only emails, we have added an alternative plain-text version that contains a link to the web page rendering of the email mentioned above.
