Intranet Calendar Improvements and Fixes

Our intranet calendar recently recieved important updates:
- You can now specify an event "End Date" for events that span multiple days
- Adding an event will automatically bring the user to that department and date within the calendar
- The selected department calendar will stay selected until log out
- The selected day/month will stay selected until log out
- Added easier to use time selection drop-downs
- Added several bug fixes and efficiency improvements
